Space is limited, so we encourage early registration!
Overnight Parking
- Available at the Holiday Inn Downtown Sacramento for registered hotel guests ($15/night)
Daily Parking Near the State Capitol
- DGS Parking Garage, 1500 10th Street (closest to the Capitol Annex Swing Space)
- Capitol Garage, 1125 10th Street
- Capitol Centre Garage, 1500 K Street
Parking Tips
- Use apps like SpotHero, ParkWhiz, or Parkopedia to compare prices and reserve in advance
- Early bird rates may be available at Capitol Garage (10th & L)
- Plan ahead—garages (especially on 10th Street) can have long exit lines around 5:00PM
Credit Card
- Pay online via credit card or Apple Pay when you register. Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover are accepted.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email to Nancy Fisher).
- Cancellations received on or before May 28, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee
- No refunds will be issued after May 28, 2026, or for no-shows
- Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost
Details on included meals will be provided in the event program. There are also many dining options within walking distance of event venues.
Business and business casual attire is recommended. Comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged, especially for Advocacy Day.
Entry requires passing through security screening. Please allow extra time before your meetings, as lines may be long and could require waiting outdoors. Given that temperatures in Sacramento can be high in June, we recommend bringing the following items to stay comfortable while waiting:
- Sunscreen
- A water bottle (refill stations are available inside)
- Hand sanitizer
- Comfortable shoes
