Our Vision
CFJN advocates for the multiagency, collaborative model of victim's services and supports to be the framework of the future for victim centered, trauma-informed support for all victims of domestic and interpersonal violence. Our vision is that community service providers, law enforcement and public agencies are all collaborating for the well-being of survivors and their families so that:
- Victims and families have the support they need to heal and thrive
- Children are protected
- Women have access to safe shelter and the supports they need to regain independence and thrive
- All the needs of victims are met, including healing from trauma
- Violence and trauma are reduced

Our Work
- We meet clients where they are physically, virtually, emotionally, rather than expecting families to navigate complex systems, which often act as barriers to services.
- In order to do this, we strengthen coordinated response among government agencies and community partners
- Increase Hope, Resiliency, Safety and Well-Being in the lives of children and adults
- Find pathways to hope and healing
- Enforce restraining orders that require gun confiscation
